  • Since I can remember, Greece (specially Santorini) has always been one of those places I dreamed of visiting. I guess all the romantic scenes, or maybe the independent girls of "Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants" made me feel that way about it, I really don't know, but I was dying to go. So this year when I received the news that I was traveling there, I just couldn't handle my excitement. I had this dream of creating something beautiful in this place, I wanted to make a video and shoot amazing material. Like those that make you smile and almost cry, like the ones you see in Youtube and make you…

  • As we all know winter season is about to end, and before flowers started popping out of the fresh grass Mau and his friends planned a skiing trip to Breckenridge, Colorado, and of course, I couldn't resist my travel spirit who was so happy to join another adventure! So, this wasn't a trip I booked or a place I googled, it was a actually booked by some friends of my boyfriend (Mau, for those who don't know him). This was not my first time in Breckenridge, we had actually booked the exact same trip around the same date the year before, and it was awesome! So I had high expectation,…

  • So after my short stay in Venice, my next stop was Amsterdam. When I planned my trip people said Amsterdam would be the best place I would visit. They said that it was amazing, that the beer is amazingly good, the partying is crazy, the city is beautiful, and so on. To tell you the truth I had the highest of expectations about this place. Did I like it? Yes. Did I find it amazing? Yes. Was it the most amazing place I visited during my trip? No, not even close. I don't know if it was because I completely fell in love with Italy, or if it was just…

  • My journey through Italy continued for 5 days more, and I fell in love with it more and more. It's funny because I realized in all the time I spend in Italy, I just scheduled each day according to what I was going to eat. The food amazed me each time, and I just couldn't stop thinking about when was time to eat again. Florence was no exception, the best meal I had in all of Italy was in a small trattoria located on Piazza Santo Spirito. I'll make a review of it on another post! Florence is much smaller than Rome, but it has as much to see as…

  • So this is the first part of my Euro-Trip story, and it all started the day we flew from Miami to Prague with one stop in Paris. The airplane to Paris was delayed so we, almost missed the Paris-Prague flight and had to literally run all the airport from one side to another, but 13 hours later we MADE IT! We got to Prague, got on a cab and drove to our hotel. We stayed at Glandior Hotel an amazing hotel and so cheap! I really paid no attention or whatsoever to the hotel as soon as we got there. I was so excited to get to Europe and see everything…

  • As promised I will start sharing recipes of vegan dishes I regularly cook during the week, nothing fancy, but easy, practical, and delicious! Sometimes we don't have that much time to invest in the kitchen, but one of the most important things I got to know along this journey is that it's an error to fall on the brown rice/lentils all day diet, you'll get bored (who wouldn't?) and start "cheating" because "it's so hard to be a vegan" (NOT TRUE). There is like a zillion substitutions, recipes, and yummy plates to create in less than 20min! So let's start making our lives easier and share all the good stuff…

  • I know at some point in our lives we all feel stuck, lost or like we don't even know what we are doing, like if life was pulling us two steps back each time we try to move forward. Funny thing right? How life can be a blessing or a pain in the ass sometimes. Well, as I have said before, my life changed 300% about 3 years ago, some things about that change have been amazing, others not that amazing, as always. For about 2 years I worked day and night in something I just thought was stealing the days away from me. I remember looking at the window…

  • Ok, so of course I'm not a makeup up diva. I like makeup a lot, but those who know me well  know that I don't even know how to use it correctly. This title just sounded pretty good to me, and it reflects in some way what I want to transmit to all of you today. I've had a mind battle going on for quite some time, and I just wanted to put it out there and see what happens, maybe I'm not the only one that feels this way right? So first of all, in the past few years I've transformed the way I see the world from A to…
